Jerome Charmet received his postgraduate training in biomedical engineering at the University of Bern, Switzerland, and his PhD from the University of Cambridge, UK. He is currently an Associate Professor at WMG, University of Warwick, UK. His group focuses on the development of integrated microfluidic platforms to study complex fluids and biological environments for applications ranging from diagnosis to biophysics. He is also a Royal Society of Chemistry Lab on a Chip Emerging Investigator (2019) and a member of the EPSRC Early Career Forum for Manufacturing Research.
