Jian Zhou is a full professor at School of Materials Science and Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Peking University in the year 2008 and 2013, respectively. After graduation, he was appointed as post-doctoral researcher at Virginia Commonwealth University and MIT (2013-2018). His research interest is rational design and computation of nanoscale material properties, including spintronics, electronic topology, and optical manipulations. His email is jianzhou@xjtu.edu.cn
